In a world filled with women entrepreneurs and as more of us step into the corporate scene, how do you stand out from the crowd? The key is to truly know yourself—understanding your strengths and weaknesses. This way you can play to your strengths and work on areas that need improvement. But how do you get this kind of insight? That’s where numerology can help you as well.
Numerology is a useful tool for understanding how numbers impact your life and can help guide your business choices.
By looking at the numbers in your birth date and name, you can get a clearer picture of your natural talents and areas where you might need to grow. This guide will show you how numerology can give your business a boost, with simple tips and suggestions for each number to help you make the most of your unique strengths.
Your Life Path Number and Expression Number, derived from your birth date and name, reveal your core strengths and talents. Every number in your birth date and name isn’t random—it all has a purpose. If you find yourself drawn to a certain business name or partner, it’s not by chance.
An expert numerologist, such as me, can help you decode these connections and guide you to make the most of these natural frequencies.
How to know your “Number” according to Numerology
In numerology, the Driver Number (sometimes called the “Birth Number” or “Personality Number”) is derived from the day of your birth. The Conductor Number (also known as the “Destiny Number”) is calculated using your full birth date (day, month, and year).
To calculate your Driver Number:
– Simply take the day of your birth.
– If the day is a double-digit number, reduce it to a single digit by adding the digits together.
For example, if you were born on the 15th:
– 15 (1 + 5) = 6
– Driver Number: 6
To calculate your Conductor Number:
– Add up all the digits in your full birth date (day, month, and year).
– Keep adding the digits together until you get a single digit.
For example, if your birth date is November 19, 1975:
– Day: 19 (1 + 9 = 10; 1 + 0 = 1)
– Month: 11 (1 + 1 = 2)
– Year: 1975 (1 + 9 + 7 + 5 = 22; 2 + 2 = 4)
– Add these together: 1 + 2 + 4 = 7
– Conductor Number: 7
So, if you were born on November 19, 1975, your Driver Number would be 1, and your Conductor Number would be 7.
Decoding your Entrepreneurial Traits according to your Number
As I said before, every individual has their own set of traits that are also governed by their number. You number reveals a lot about you, what kind of entrepreneurial style you have, and also, what kind of business would suit you the best.
Let me share some insights into each number:
Numerology Number 1: The Leader
Number 1s are natural leaders who excels at starting new projects. You should focus on businesses where you can be a pioneer, bringing fresh ideas and taking bold steps. Start-ups or innovative ventures are perfect for you, as you can lead and set new trends.
Just be careful not to burn out by trying to do everything yourself. Your team is there to help, so let them take on responsibilities too. This is especially important for women, as we’re often taught from a young age to handle everything on our own. Meanwhile, men might grow up with more support from their mothers and future partners. Remember, sharing tasks can lead to better results and a healthier work-life balance.
Numerology Number 2: The Diplomat
If you’re a Number 2, you’re great at building strong relationships and working with others. Businesses like event planning, public relations, or any field that depends on teamwork are perfect for you.
Just remember to plan your finances carefully and avoid letting emotions drive all your decisions. Especially for women, who often haven’t been given the same level of financial literacy, it’s crucial to make well-informed decisions rather than letting feelings guide you. Balancing emotional insights with practical financial planning can help you make better choices and set your business up for success.

Numerology Number 3: The Creative
If you’re a Number 3, you’re brimming with creativity and charisma. These qualities make you a great fit for businesses in marketing, design, or entertainment, where your creative touch can truly shine. For example, one of my clients, a Number 3, started an art therapy business using her mandala art. Her work is not only visually stunning but also therapeutic, as she follows her inner joy to create magic with her designs.
Be cautious about being too optimistic and overextending yourself. As the Bhagavad Gita says, avoid making decisions (in this case, business decisions) in moments of excessive happiness. Women especially sometimes have an over giving nature
Numerology Number 4: The Builder
If you’re a Number 4, you’re great at creating structure and maintaining order. Consider businesses like construction, real estate, or financial planning, where your organizational skills can build something solid and lasting. However, if you’re looking for something a bit different, you might enjoy online creative photography or other digital ventures.
You are advised to be careful not to get too caught up in clever tricks or shortcuts, as that can lead to setbacks.
Numerology Number 5: The Adventurer
As a Number 5, you thrive on flexibility and change. You might find success in businesses like travel agencies, tech startups, or even networking and intermediary roles, where adaptability is crucial. A law firm can also be a fit if you enjoy dynamic environments.
Just be careful not to spread yourself too thin. Your love for variety can sometimes lead to a lack of focus, so make sure to keep your goals clear and stay committed to your path.

Numerology Number 6: The Nurturer
Number 6s are known for their caring nature and ability to create supportive environments. They do well in jobs related to health, wellness, education, or community services, where they can make a positive difference. They also have a talent for understanding people’s strengths, which makes them great at recruiting the right people for the right roles. Number 6s often have a strong sense of aesthetics, so they excel in fields like interior design or social media content creation, especially when working with numbers like 4 or 5.
However, your strong desire to and please people can sometimes give mixed signals to others and be misunderstood, so make sure to communicate clearly and set appropriate boundaries.
Numerology Number 7: The Seeker
Number 7s are fantastic at research and deep thinking. You might excel in businesses that involve analysis and insight, such as consulting or niche markets where your intuition can guide you. Fields like occult work, spy agencies, or data analysis, where you dig deep into issues, could be a great fit.
However, be cautious about getting too caught up in self-reflection and analysis. While your deep thinking is a strength, make sure it doesn’t prevent you from taking action and launching your ideas. Balance your introspection with practical steps to bring your insights to life.
Numerology Number 8: The Powerhouse
If you’re a Number 8, you’re driven and ambitious. You’ll excel in businesses like investment firms, high-growth startups, or any field where you can set and achieve big goals, thanks to your strong leadership skills. Your natural ability to manage and grow resources can lead to great success in finance and investment roles.
However, be careful of coming across as too controlling or overly intense. Your strong drive and focus might sometimes make you seem unapproachable or overly demanding. Be cautious of losing emotional touch while being highly practical. Sometimes, in pursuit of greater goals, you might become too stoic and detached. It’s important to stay connected with your emotions and remember that movement and balance are crucial for both your health and your business success.
Numerology Number 9: The Humanitarian
If you’re a Number 9, you’re passionate about making a difference and helping others. You might thrive in fields like social enterprises, charitable organizations, or eco-friendly businesses, where your work aligns with your values. Careers in healing, environmentalism, or community-focused projects are ideal for you.
However, be cautious about overextending yourself. For example, I once had a Number 9 client who came to me struggling with burnout. They found it challenging to set boundaries with their team and often felt that saying no came across as aggressive. It’s important to balance your desire to help with self-care and learn to set boundaries in a constructive way to avoid burnout and maintain positive relationships.
Numerology is not just about numbers, it’s about how these numbers reflect your strengths and guide your decisions. By understanding numerology, you can align business strategies with your natural talent, improve relationships and take decisions more effectively.
